Some Days

Some days I feel like I'm spiraling in the center of the universe.

Some days I feel like I am on the edges of the Universe.
Other days I'm the center of the Universe.

Emotions

There is just as much value in experiencing "negative" emotions 

as there is in experiencing "positive" emotions.

Every experience has value and lessons to provide.

To label an experience as good or bad is judgment.

To deny ourselves the experience of what is labeled undesirable is a limitation.

To pretend to be or feel something we are not just for the sake of appearing "happy"

is inauthentic and an illusion.

This only causes our shadows to grow so large that they will eventually consume our entire lives.

Exploring our shadows in the spirit of adventure is to dissolve the shame hiding our greatest gifts, and it begins with acceptance that it is ok to experience the darker emotions. ~ Lisa Martin Naimi 1/28/2014

Spiraling Pure White Light

Pure White Light

Spirit has asked all of us to continue spiraling 

the Pure White Light. 

Take a moment to relax. Breath deeply.

See the Pure White Light

Spirit and I are asking you all to do this daily for our planet and all living on Mother Earth.

Visualize a beautiful pure white Light.
See it in front of you, spiraling.
Now see the pure white Light spiraling and going deep down to the core of Mother Earth.

Now see the pure white Light spiraling in the core and illuminating her center. 
As Mother Earth shifts and changes her vibration, she also helps us to move forward.

Now see the pure white Light spiraling around the outside of Mother Earth.
As the Light is spiraling the pure white Light is entering areas and people, places and things on earth as needed
with love and gentleness.

As we all are doing this to assist, it raises the vibrations of all that are willing to move forward so we all can be in harmony, peace and Love.
The vibrations are assisting to help our planet and all of it's people.

Some of you ask? Vibrations? Yes everything is vibrations moving at different rates.

Winter Snow

It is a beautiful winter morning. The sun is out and I am warm and happy to be at home.
Time to review some of the work I have been doing.  Getting ready for the new energies being sent to all of us.
