Joy Filled

 

It has been a while since I have written.

I am getting use to the anti-hormone pills I will be on for 5 years. We may have to change them. Some side effects….Pain in the joints and limbs.

My hair is growing and I dyed it red.

My hands and feet are doing ok, still some tingling and soreness but it is all do able!

My daughter Nicole took me to dinner and the Boz Scaggs and Michael McDonald concert at Eagle River Pavilion. Boz Scaggs was wonderful and sounded the same as in the 70’s!  Michael McDonald was sick and didn’t sing. He did play the piano on a few songs that Boz sang on.

Spirit has been guiding lots that I am and have been doing.

Here are a few things to ponder for this week………

Worry is prayer in reverse.

There's nothing you can't do, and nothing you have to do.

 When we let go of fear, only then can we gracefully move from what was into the miracle of what can be. ~
