New info...Pure White Light from The Band of Light

Pure White Light

During my channeled guided meditation

in October 2013

Spirit has asked all of us to continue spiraling

the Pure White Light.

During another channeling in July of 2014,

Spirit has added on to the original channeled information for us to 

Spiral the Pure White Light.

Take a moment to relax.  Breathe deeply.

See the Pure White Light.

Spirit and I are asking you all to do this daily for our planet 

 and all living on Mother Earth.

Visualize a beautiful pure white Light.

See it in front of you, spiraling.

Now see the Pure White Light spiraling around you.
Now see the Pure White Light spiraling and going deep down into the core of Mother Earth.   

Take another deep breath. Relax.
Now see the Pure White Light spiraling in the core and illuminating her center and expanding.

As Mother Earth shifts and changes her vibration, she also helps us to move forward.

Now see the Pure White Light spiraling on the top of Mother Earth, spiraling in and around and through all of the continents.

 As the Light is spiraling,  the Pure White Light is entering areas, people, places and things on earth as needed with love and gentleness to assist.

Now see the Pure White Light spiraling in and around and through all the water ways on the surface and deep in the earth.  The Light is spiraling, assisting the water ways to clear, purifying and balancing.

Now see the Pure White Light spiraling in and around and through planet earth.

Take another deep breath. Relax.

Now see the Pure White Light spiraling out into all of the galaxies, as far out as the Pure White Light  is called upon to go.

As we all are doing this to assist, it raises the vibrations of all that are willing to move forward so we all can be in harmony, peace and Love.
The vibrations are assisting to help our planet and all of its people.

Some of you ask? Vibrations? Yes everything is vibrations moving at different rates.

Again I am asking you to do this visualization daily for the people places and things here on earth and also for Mother Earth.
