Yesterdays Meditation was grand!

We are never alone. Sometimes we believe we are but Spirit is always with us.

Just open your heart and mind and there you go great LOVE and COMPASSION comes reeling in to our energy field.

Spirit, Source, God, they are all the same just names, labels we as humans use to try and talk about the energy of the ONE.  

Take a deep breath and feel the LOVE from Spirit.

Open your Third eye and see the energy being sent to you from Spirit.

Relax and enjoy all that is given onto YOU!

I feel very blessed to have all of you in my life.

Perfectly Beautiful Day

Yesterday was a crystal clear day in the high 60's and the bluest sky I seen in a long time. 

As I was driving East from home to Her Spirit Center for Guided Meditation up in the sky was  a group of Angles fling. 

Yes I know many of you will say oh it was just clouds....No if you truly look with open eyes and heart you will see clearly what is real. 

May you look with eyes open, and a heart that is willing to be in Oneness.

Life

I am a robust expression of the divine energy of life.

Even in the midst of winter, while the flowers may not yet have broken through the earth, life finds a way to declare itself, seizing opportunities to grow and expand and shine.

The same divine process is at work in me.

Every day I realize more of the energy and spirit of God flowing through me and as me.

With each breath, each heartbeat, I feel Spirit’s life force surging through me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

My thoughts are on Spirit as the source of all life.

My belief is fortified as I see these thoughts rebuilding and refreshing my mind, body and spirit.

I am healed by the renewing power of life, and I enthusiastically own this power of Spirit within me.

Loving Self an Affirmation

LOVING SELF

I choose to live in love.

I embrace love and perfect life.

With each breath I am filled with love of self.

As I live in the energy of perfect love, I am blessing myself with wholeness.

I am blessing my self with perfect loving thoughts and loving actions.

My mind, body and spirit are perfect, whole and complete in loving energy.  

As I love myself, I am filled with the unlimited perfect love of all humanity.
