The Presence of God that I am has lived, loved

and divinely supported my unique purposes this year.

I take time and pause.

I lift my heart and mind to a luminosity of

gratitude that knows the good of 2010

and it's many blessings.  I bless it.

 On this day of your life, Stephanie, I believe God wants you to know...

that illness is not a sign of spiritual weakness, but of spiritual strength.    

When we fall ill there are some who will say, "Why  did you create that for yourself?" They might convince you to see it as a sign of spiritual weakness or failure.

It is not. It is a sign of spiritual strength.

All challenges are a sign a spiritual strength, and of the readiness of the Soul to move on; to evolve even further.

Spirit is always with US!

Yesterdays Meditation was grand!

We are never alone. Sometimes we believe we are but Spirit is always with us.

Just open your heart and mind and there you go great LOVE and COMPASSION comes reeling in to our energy field.

Spirit, Source, God, they are all the same just names, labels we as humans use to try and talk about the energy of the ONE.  

Take a deep breath and feel the LOVE from Spirit.

Open your Third eye and see the energy being sent to you from Spirit.

Relax and enjoy all that is given onto YOU!

Perfectly Beautiful Day

Yesterday was a crystal clear day in the high 60's and the bluest sky I seen in a long time. 

As I was driving East from home to Her Spirit Center for Guided Meditation up in the sky was  a group of Angles fling. 

Yes I know many of you will say oh it was just clouds....No if you truly look with open eyes and heart you will see clearly what is real. 

May you look with eyes open, and a heart that is willing to be in Oneness.

Life

I am a robust expression of the divine energy of life.

Even in the midst of winter, while the flowers may not yet have broken through the earth, life finds a way to declare itself, seizing opportunities to grow and expand and shine.

The same divine process is at work in me.

Every day I realize more of the energy and spirit of God flowing through me and as me.

With each breath, each heartbeat, I feel Spirit’s life force surging through me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

My thoughts are on Spirit as the source of all life.

My belief is fortified as I see these thoughts rebuilding and refreshing my mind, body and spirit.

I am healed by the renewing power of life, and I enthusiastically own this power of Spirit within me.

LOVING SELF

I choose to live in love.

I embrace love and perfect life.

White Butterflies

Sunday Johnny and I took Stanley (our dog) for a walk in the park and as we were walking on a trail Johnny pointed out to me a pine tree filled with Several White Butterflies. Now every where I go I see at least one along the way. Yes Missy Debra I agree, this is a visit/sign from Spirit. I do so love receiving these signs along the way. It make life so much more interesting and fun to pay attention and play. What wonderful gifts to receive

Doobie Brothers at the Fair

Last night as we listened to the Doobie Brothers at the fair I had the most wonderful thing happen.
A white butterfly landed on my wrist. I loved that.
Then about 10 minutes later he came back again to visit, again this white butterfly landed on my wrist. This was a delight.

Enjoy This Day to It’s Fullest

The words 'Someday....' and ' One Day...' are fading away from my dictionary.

If it's worth seeing, listening or doing, I want to see, listen or do it now....

I don't know what my friend's wife would have done if she knew she wouldn't be there the next morning, this nobody can tell.

I think she might have called her relatives and closest friends.

She might call old friends to make peace over past quarrels.

I'd like to think she would go out for Chinese, her favorite food.

It's these small things that I would regret not doing, if I knew my time had come..

Each day, each hour, each minute, is special.

Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one..

'One of these days' remember that 'One day' is far away... or might never come.....
